What’s included?
This mailer includes a 6’ varnished, laminated wood canoe paddle with your 5”x9” vinyl message attached to the blade. It also includes packaging, one color inner branding sticker and one outer mailing label (unaddressed). We do provide a design template, but any custom label design and/or sticker design is extra. How is it packaged?
The canoe paddle mailer packaging you’ll use includes a 7“ long by 8" wide black heavy duty black plastic poly tubing that is ready for mailing. Typically the outer mailing label has a return address, but no name. This is done to encourage the recipient to open the package and find out “Who sent me this huge package?”… as if they wouldn’t open it anyway!

So what does it take to mail it?
Step 1: Open our shipping box and pull out the canoe paddle. Your message and branding sticker will already be on the blade of the paddle.
Step 2: Create your personal letter using our included template. Place the letter inside your envelope and attach it to the blade –partially covering your oversized message (this ratchets-up the curiosity factor)
Step 3: Next, slip the paddle into the black plastic poly tubing and seal it shut.
Step 4: Address the included mailing label provided and place it on the package.
Step 5: Add postage and that’s it. (Good news! US Mail Priority postage can be as low as $5.50—a great deal.)
Step 6: Don’t forget to follow-up using the detailed instructions in our Mailer Follow-Tips & Script Recommendations.
